Bridges are fixed artificial teeth which cannot be removed. A bridge can only replace a few teeth and requires good, strong natural teeth on either side of the empty space to support the artificial teeth.

Our Doctors

Dr. Alan Chan

Dr Alan Chan is a Singaporean who graduated from University of Glasgow in UK. He spent several years in UK practicing in private clinics, dental hospitals, and community health centres. Alan has been in private practice since returning to Singapore in 2007. He has a special interest in treating nervous patients; including dental phobics who have unpleasant history of dental traumas. Alan adopts a patient and informative approach to treatment and is equally at ease with adults and child patients.

Dr. Yong Chin Howe

Dr. Yong Chin Howe graduated with his degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide, South Australia in 2011. He subsequently worked in private practices where he gained experience in all aspects of general dentistry. He has since developed special interests in endodontics, CADCAM restorations and implant dentistry. Dr. Yong completed his further training in dental implant treatment by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Yong believes strongly in patient communication, and he aims to ensure holistic patient care at each visit. He spends time helping patients understand their oral health, and discusses all available treatment modalities if intervention is necessary.

Dr. Chloe Chan

Dr. Chloe Chan graduated from University of Adelaide in Australia. She has clinical experience in dental hospitals and private clinics in Australia, and has been in private practice since returning to Singapore in 2015. Dr. Chloe strongly believes in patient communication and aims to make your dental experience stress-free. She has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry and is very much committed to restoring smiles. She hopes to achieve and maintain optimum oral health for the whole family.

Dr. Lee Pei’en

Dr Lee Pei'en graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2013. She has experience working in the government sector with postings at large specialist centers such as KTPH, CGH, NDC and the School Dental Service. Dr Lee believes that visiting the dentist can be a pleasant and even enjoyable experience! She also believes in lifelong learning and the importance of constantly upgrading her skills. Outside of work, Dr Lee is a member of the SDA ethics committee that helps mediate disputes between patients and dentists.

Dr. Lee Yun Hui

Dr Lee Yun Hui graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 2014. She spent seven years practicing dentistry in the public sector. She worked in polyclinics and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital before joining the National University of Singapore's Faculty of Dentistry where she eventually served as Lecturer. During her time at NUS, she taught undergraduate dental students and conducted oral health research while maintaining her clinical practice at the National University Centre for Oral Health, Singapore. She remains a part-time lecturer at the NUS Faculty of Dentistry. As a dentist, Dr Lee is always grateful for the privilege to walk alongside her patients and do her small part to help her patients eat, smile and speak a little better throughout their lives.

Dr Lim Lii

Dr Lim believes that the mouth is truly the window to the body and hopes to achieve, not only a beautiful smile, but also healthy teeth and gums in all her patients. Dr Lim graduated from the University of Western Australia and worked with in both the government and private sector before returning to Singapore. She has maintained part time private practice since and believes in giving back to her profession. She has been actively volunteering her time both locally; with long service to the Singapore Dental Association, and overseas; by supporting and participating in many overseas mission trips. Dr Lim currently serves as a part-time tutor with the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore, as well as an adjunct lecturer with the School of Health Sciences, Oral Health Therapy Course, Nanyang Polytechnic.

Ms. Vivian Ma

Ms. Vivian Ma is a Part I Oral Health Therapist (OHT) who spent 5 years practising in the public sector after graduating from Nanyang Polytechnic with a Diploma in Oral Health Therapy. She has a keen interest in paediatric dentistry and has worked at the school dental service in Health Promotion Board, providing dental treatment to school-going children and youths. She is also an adjunct lecturer with Nanyang Polytechnic to train OHT students who are on their clinical placements. Vivian is passionate about dental health education using psychological and preventive approaches in dentistry, and has a Bachelor in Psychology with a specialisation in Health & Well-being.

Dr Cheryl

Dr Cheryl Choo is a graduate of the University of Adelaide. Having worked in both Australia and Singapore, she has experience in the public and private sector, where she treated a diverse range of patients in urban and rural settings. She believes that every patient’s needs are unique and providing patient-centred treatment is of her utmost priority. She also understands that keeping her patients relaxed is as important as the treatment itself, often putting her patients at ease with her friendly and gentle demeanour. Dentistry aside, Dr Cheryl enjoys traveling, exploring eateries and hiking. She believes fresh air and good food do wonders for the soul. So, food and travel recommendations are always welcomed!

Dr Albert Lee

Dr Lee obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the National University of Singapore in 2011. Realizing his passion lies in the management of complex oral surgical patients, he went on to pursue further training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Lee attained his Masters of Dental Surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in NUS in 2016.
Dr Lee then continued advanced surgical training at National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) before achieving full specialist accreditation in 2018. Thereafter, he served as a Consultant in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in NDCS till 2022.
During this period, Dr Lee also held several leadership roles. Most notably, he was the Head of the Craniofacial and Oral Implantology Programme in NDCS from 2018 to 2022. Anther noteworthy appointment he held was the Surgical Chief at the Oral & Maxillofacial Clinic in Changi General Hospital.
Dr Lee clinical interests lies in dental implantology, wisdom teeth surgery and also mandibular reconstruction. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery journals while also presenting these paper and poster abstracts at local and international conferences. Dr Lee is also an active member in the local and international lecture circuit, presenting on topics ranging from mandibular reconstruction to dental implantology. His most recent talk was at the 33rd Pan Pacific Implant Society Conference in Japan where he spoke on his research on ridge preservation.
Dr Lee is also actively involved in undergraduate dental education and was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor by Duke-NUS in 2022. He undertakes a supervisory role to all dental undergraduate in NUS, engaging them in clinical teaching. He has delivered several local lectures to dental surgeons, postgraduates and students.
